RESTAURANT
The hotel has a restaurant so you can have lunch or dinner whenever you want, with menus of various prices. In addition to the menus we offer, you have the possibility of barbecue, cocktail meals, finger lunch, picnic for your excursions...
COFFEE BREAKS
- Sweet (€8): Prepared fruit, pastries, cakes, coffee, infusions, natural juice.
- Mixed (12€): With the same as the sweet and also…. savoury canapés, sandwiches, soft drinks….
Possibility of having fruit prepared in the room throughout the meeting: €3 per person.
OPEN BAR

We have 2 options:
- According to consumption: We leave the drink prepared and it is charged the next day, according to what is consumed.
- Open bar: We leave drinks prepared after dinner in the lounge area and without time limit:

- 35 €/pax Reserves to choose between: (Chivas - Cardhu 12 - Glenfiddich 12 - Hendricks - Matusalen 15 - Corvoisier)
If you want waiter service during the open bar, the supplement is €20/hour.
ACTIVITIES
Finally, we also have activities and team building, both inside and outside the hotel.
A relaxing afternoon in our heated pool is also possible.... (depending on the season)

SCHEDULES
- CHECK-IN: From 8:00 a.m. you can access the hotel and use the meeting room, although the rooms may not be available until 12:30 p.m., if there are guests staying the day before.
- CHECK OUT: Rooms must be vacated for cleaning before 11:00, however the room will be available to guests at no additional cost until 14:00 on the day of departure.
If your departure is on a Friday, room check-out time will be at 10:00.
If you need more than 14 rooms, we can arrange accommodation in hotels in the area.
If you do not have accommodation, the room is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Payment: 50% at the time of booking. Remaining 50% after the meeting by transfer.
Cancellation: With 45 days of cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
After 45 days and up to 30 days before, we save the signal for another event.
After those 30 days, no refunds are allowed.
