Our main goal is for you to feel at ease as well as safe during your stay. We aim for a comfortable atmosphere, just like before the pandemic.
Reservations can be made through our website, mail or telephone. If you bring yourself to do so, remember that cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before, if you book through our website or directly with us, and 72 hours if you do it through other portals. Likewise, there are discounts for long stays also for direct reservations through our website.
Regarding the measures, of course, we will follow what the Ministry of Health tells us, but trying to ensure that our hotel does not lose its hallmarks.
To avoid crowds and reduce the capacity, the maximum number of people per table will be 6.
Being a hotel with few rooms but very spacious common areas, we won't have crowding problems and we are sure that our clients will feel calmed and enjoy their stay.
However, as this year everything is a little different and there are safety and hygiene levels that we must maintain, we send you this information about our operation.
The use of a mask is mandatory in areas of the hotel where the distance of 2 meters cannot be respected. And ALWAYS indoors.
Our breakfast buffet is highly valued and we will try to keep it that way, which is why the use of a mask is MANDATORY when approaching the buffet area. Doing so that you won't have to miss the possibility of eating as much as you want and you will be able to take as much time to enjoy breakfast and the views as you want.
Access to the gardens and solarium areas will be free and without schedules, as for the heated pool (open from Easter to November 15), the maximum number of people bathing at the same time should be 5. Although from our experience we know that under normal circumstances this amount was not exceeded either, now we will put up a sign with the capacity and a recommendation that the bathrooms should not exceed 30 minutes if there are other customers waiting. We know that surely it will not be inconvenient because the gardens are very large and you can enter the baths as many times as you wish, no longer than 30 minutes.
Catering:
In the restaurant and on the terrace, we will separate the tables to maintain security measures, which is not difficult either since our spaces are very wide. When cloudy weather does not allow the use of outdoor spaces, we will take turns and distribute tables with a safe distance.
The hotel restaurant will be available to our clients but a table reservation will be essential. In this way we can guarantee a staggered arrival.
With these measures, everything will be better organized and we will be able to work more safely, giving you the service with the level of quality that we always have.
